Scott is an attorney who lives in Winston Salem with his family. An avid baseball fan, Scott is in his fourth year on the Board of Directors of Northwest Forsyth American Little League and is the league's treasurer. Wanting to provide an outlet for those players that want more than the Little League experience, he and his fellow Board members began the Sluggers in the summer of 2012.
Jeff Shouse

Jeff is a designer for Avid Solutions, an automation and information systems company. Jeff has been assistant coach on many Little League teams that his two sons played on. He has served as Treasurer of the Sluggers since its inception. Jeff lives with his family in Pfafftown.
Jamie Mabe,
Baseball Operations
Jamie is in his 9th year as a teacher at Reagan High School. Jamie played baseball at Mount Olive College and then began his coaching career at Augusta State and Young Harris from 1997-2000. He joined the Wake Forest baseball staff as assistant coach from 2001-2004. After one year as RJ Reynolds HS assistant coach, Jamie took the reins as head coach of the varsity team at Reagan High School from 2006-2012. Jamie lives with his family in Pfafftown,

Kim is a home-maker with a long history of volunteer work with elementary and middle schools. She serves as Sponsorship Coordinator on the Northwest Forsyth American Little League Board of Directors. Kim has worked tirelessly with youth baseball in our community and was an original incorporator of the Sluggers corporation. Kim lives with her family in Pfafftown.
Dwight Lewis,
Baseball Operations
Dwight is in his 10th year with Wake Forest University athletics and is currently the Assistant Athletic Director for student-athlete services. Dwight lives with his family in Pfafftown.
John Mikolaitis,
Baseball Operations
John is the quality improvement coordinator for cardiovascular information systems at Wake Forest Baptist Health. John has dedicated many years of service to Northwest Forsyth American Little League as a coach, All Star Team Manager, and vice-president of the Majors Division for the past two years. John lives with his family in Lewisville.
